Fund Raising Events
Ashton Park students are working hard to raise funds for the 2012 expedition, we are aiming to raise £9000 this year. All money raised through these activities will be used to buy building materials for the last 2 classrooms and educational materials for Inspirations School.
THE STUDENTS ARE NOT RAISING FUNDS TO PAY FOR THE COST OF GOING TO KENYA – THE STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO RAISE THEIR OWN MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR INDIVIDUAL COSTS.
Fund Raising Activities
• Bag Packing - Sainsbury's -December 17th & 18th - Make sure you do your shopping then!
• 24 Hours Game-a-thon Febuary 3rd & 4th
• Barn Dance -March 24th - bring your straw hats!
• April 28th - 3 peaks challenge - a team of dedicated students are going to climb the 3 highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours!
• SPONSORED BIKE RIDE TO BATH AND BACK – Open to all years, students, families and friends. DateTBA
• DUCK RACE – More details to follow
• SPONSORED ABSEIL (All students invited to take part!) – More details to follow
