The Bigger Picture

As with any extra school activity, we are working towards the bigger picture, working to enhance the educational opportunities for our students as well as helping them to understand their place in the wider world. The information below gives a little insight into how this expedition has grown over the years and where we think it will (probably) go in the future...

The South West Bristol Co-Operative trust

As you know we are part of the South West Bristol Co-Operative Trust, many of our partners have links to schools in countries across the world – we are planning to expand our work within our Co-Operative Trust and out to their Global Partnership schools. Offering educational Co-Operation, Social Enterprise and support to students and their families.

2012 Mini Olympics

Just to let you know we are working with Inspirations school, aiming to hold a mini Olympics in July 2012. Points earned in Kenya and Points earned in the UK will be added together and the house with the most will be the overall winner from both countries.

The Maji Safi Project

This is the charity that started Inspirations School and is run by Linda Greenland and Mike Radford. They are both absolutely fantastic people and completely mad. Click here to check out all the work they are doing on their website. We support them – so can you!
